#EGS Spectrum help needed
HELP, I have tried two different EGS Spectrums in a 4000 and neither would work
(could be pilot error, hence the message). When I install the card and power
up the machine, with the pass-thru cable in use, I get a very unstable white
box on the display about 2/3 the size of the 14" monitor that I am using. (A
NEC 4FG).
Anyone got any ideas???
If I continue and install the s/w, nothing works either.
The rest of my configuration Old 4000 (Dec. 92) (upgraded mother
board e.g. Buster -11) Old processor card (v3.0, with Commodore mod
ro Zorro III ram cards) Z3 Fastlane with 4MB on it GVP IOExtender
v1.8 s/w 16MB on the mother board with 2MB chip that about does it
