Most PC users want to torture the inventor of DOS. We just want to ask him a few questions. Aren't computers supposed to make life simpler? Do you get royalties from all those how to use DOS books? Why backslashes? Why, after six revisions, hasn't DOS been simplified? Do all your sentences start with C:? Did it ever occur to you that normal people might use DOS? Was your father a dentist, or do you…? How many times have you seen the words "Bad command"? Is your entire vocabulary limited to words of eight characters or less?
