I've dealt with the Grapevine Group on many occasions and have
always been satisfied. I've purchased ROM upgrades, the ECS chip set,
RAM, and other peripherals from them (keyboard, etc.) and never had
any problems. When my keyboard malfunctioned out of warranty, they
even sent me another one for free. I guess there are the occasional
problems and that's unfortunate, but I have been very happy with the
sales and service I have received from the Grapevine Group.
