I'm going to pass this around my group. However, shelling out to compile also
doesn't work well with metaware and will result in corrupt builds of your code.
QA tested the product and recommends compiling the IPAS tool kits from the Dos
prompt and not shelled out from another program.
I'll get back to you regarding 3DS not recognizing your minimized RAM
environment.
