Toaster Overuse

PMFJI, but does that mean if I make a video of some local event in
this town of 5000, and want to have it played on the local cable
channel, that they have to let me? I asked about this a while back,
and was told that they didn't do that.
I thought it was kinda wierd that I couldn't do a nice community-service
type spot. They used to show local sporting events the next day, but they
don't anymore. Just as well, kinda, as the video was pretty poor.
Is this stuff supposed to be non-commercial, I assume? Anybody know the
CFR volume number so I can look it up? I guess I'd better go down to the
town hall and see how the contract reads.
