Yeah, the meetings are overpriced. I like finding out about the
latest goodies, too, but can't stand sitting in a formal sales
hype/pitch meeting at 10 am on Saturday morning. I'd rather be
climing in Yosemite or cycling up Mt. Tam. No contest! There are
so many other ways of finding out about new stuff, and so many
salesmen who salivate at the thought of pitching it to me between
Monday and Friday.
