Roger,
Try re-mapping the Willow (or the Redwood, or the Pine) by choosing
Surface/Mapping/Adjust/Scale, clicking on the tree with the ALT key pressed,
and re-applying to the tree with Surface/Mapping/Apply/Object. That should
help.
