Commodore U.K. met with the Bahamian Court Friday Sept. 23 in NY and CDI co. met Mon. Sept. 26 for final negotiations for the buy out of Commodore Int. and all it's assets. There is still no answer as of this time who has acquired the company and assets. We should be hearing the final decision in 2 weeks. Commodore U.K. and CDI co. are the 2 highest bidders and it seems one of these two are most likely to be the winner. I will update this letter as soon as I find anything out.
