On the pc (pc's actually) I'm dealing with Complete Communicator and Quick Link
II fax packages. Seem to be able to convert the fax format to pcx then to
something suitable for the toaster.
Trying to go from toaster to fax, I run into problems. The fax software can
convert from "…either a black and white TIF or PCX file or monochrome bitmap
(BMP) with a resolution no greater than 200 DPI."
How do I eliminate all the color information in the file and how does 200 DPI
relate to screen resolutions of say 640×480?
