#IDE HD?
Anyone have any opinions regarding Western Digital's 730 MB IDE HD (WD2700A)
versus Conner's 810 MB IDE HD (CFS810A)? They are priced within $10 of each
other. I have used Conner SCSI drives, and swear by them. An associate
emphatically warned against Conner (IDE). He had a motor freeze on one, and the
data retrieval service told him they see that VERY often with Conner drives.
Any info/opinions much appreciated. Need to make a decision this week. Thanks.
