There's only one part I disagree with. Yes, my well-being is on the line. No, that doesn't mean that I'll do anything to preserve it. MS people (like any employees at a good company), while motivated by money, are also extremely employable by other companies. If MS asked me to do something against my principles, I can always find another job. -R
