Um, doesn't anyone see a difference between what just got banned- a
SEMI-automatic version of the Uzi with a 16 inch barrel- and a fully
automatic machine gun? I'll clue you in if you don't: What just got
banned is a large, bulky, extraordinarily expensive handgun. And why?
Because it LOOKED nasty. No legally owned fully automatic weapon has been
used in a crime since they were registered in 1934. Not ONE. Every
single one EVER recovered was stolen from the police or military. But
what can you expect from a Congress which gets its information on the
subject from watching movies or, and I kid you not, from COMIC BOOKS.
Yes, a COMIC BOOK was entered into the record during the gun control
debates, by a pro-control type, of course.
