Bad news, Bob. A NUMBER of states, including Florida, now allow concealed
carry by any law-abiding person who applies for it. And crime went down,
not up. Now, out in Cheyenne you may not have a crime problem, but I can
assure you that those of us in major cities DO. Criminals may not be very
bright, but a good chance of getting shot makes an impression even on
THEIR tiny brains.
