Martin, Thank you for your reply. I never really could quite fathom the mentality , while the reasons are always clear enough, behind attempting to put the screws to people to any degree. Doing good business with people is basically giving them what they want for what you want, and then you will continue to have repetitive commerce with those who grow to trust you, and then look to you to fill their future needs. Things can be self destructive just as they are capable of being self working, and while these kinds of operations may get by fleecing a certain portion of the general public they almost always end up the same and that is hanging themselves.
