Dave, I think that RAM or possibly Ramsey is your problem. One of Setpatch`s functions is to turn on Instruction Burst. The error codes are non recoverable CPU traps for illegal instruction and CHK instruction. Starting to look promising eh? Have you tried Scrammer`s memory testing facilities? It should be able to reveal the RAM type and test each bank, I don`t know how thourgh the test is tho`. Any ideas what these amnesia bits are for? Don`t think they have any relevance here, just curious. I`m in the UK, so I`m fairly sure I`m not the same Bob Luckett<g>. Not an amazingly common name tho`, so he might just be a long lost relative!
