Robert, You don't get it. It isn't about self-reliance, its about if the product is complete. I should not have to download anything to have completely functioning program. i.e. examples of all the fonts, even the cheapest programs contain fonts have easily accessible examples. I consider that Customer Support. And as for a player, 3DS has needed one for at least 2 versions now. Again Customer Support is the issue as I see it. So you can either allow me my opinion of what Customer Support is or be a jerk attempting to impose your definition of customer support on me. I think Gary and ADesk are capable of looking after themselves. Greg
