There were hundreds of changes to the .exe for r4. Most of them were speed
optimizations, additions to the IPAS API's (for IPAS4), and bugfixes (for
things like the 1000-frame ifl limit problem). Some of this is documented in
the R4FEAT.TXT file in the DL's.
