this (starting from your example: E:\MSTOOLS\BIN):
1. SetCurrentDirectory(".."); 2. GetCurrentDirectory(); -> does it return
E:\MSTOOLS? 3. SetCurrentDirectory("C:"); 4. GetCurrentDirectory(); ->
returns C:something, right? 5. SetCurrentDirectory("E:"); 6.
GetCurrentDirectory(); -> now the $64,000 question: do you get E:\MSTOOLS
(GOOD)
or E:\MSTOOLS\BIN (BAD)
