Here are a few features I'd like to see added into IPAS4. I realize this alpha is not a complete implementation so maybe this stuff is in the coming beta release anyway, but if not … * Ability to set the Display Hide/Unhide state in the editor/keyframer. I see you can retrieve this info, but I'd like to be able to set these. Saving Hide/Unhide states By Name is an important capability I think is missing from the existing UI and would be easy to add if this call was available. * Ability to set the viewport parameters. Again, I see we can retrieve them, I'd like to be able to retrieve and save them as app data – then later restore them (like [ & { do currently in the UI). * Simplified access to saving non-text APP_DATA (or an enhanced sample code routine which demonstrates this). The INFO.C is quite clear for text app data, how about some integer and double saving code or a easily called subroutine to save and retrieve these… * Simplified ability to create rotation keys (or again, sample code which allowed decimal amounts about an object local axes to be specified and converted to the required Angle/Axis).
