The day with Cleaver took place after his conversion to Republicanism. I do
remember that we had the same size shoes. 🙂 (One standard Moonie
conversational gambit was talking about "those wonderful shoes" or "nice coat"
you have.) And when Timothy Leary came to town a few years later, someone
called me through the grapevine to help with the show because he was using an
Amiga in his road show at the time, and he needed what we now call a "personal
geek" to make sure it was set up. So I met Leary, too, in the context of the
Amiga.
