Since the current deadline for the trustees to submit a recommendation to
the Bahamian Supreme Court is Oct 15, a decision may not have yet been
made. On this end of the Atlantic, CEI has sounded fairly confident about
their bid for C=, too. Until there is an official announcement, reports
of success for both companies are rumors.
