Yes, the Atari ST uses an MS-DOS type filesystem. You should be able
to format the floppies on the Atari ST in 720K format and then read them on the
Amiga via CrossDOS (part of OS v2.1 and above…for earlier versions of the OS,
CrossDOS is a commercial product that can be bought at your local dealer's).
