The militia of the State of Oklahoma; I'm still only 32, still male, still a citizen of the State. A tax I can't afford (punitive) infringes upon my right to keep, cause if I can't afford one, I can't keep one. It doesn't mean they *can't* be registered, but it does mean that registration can't be mandatory before acquisition. And what's the point of registering?
