A different set of judges may have a different intrepretation, and if they happen to sit on the Supreme Court…then a new precedence will be established. 2. Nowhere in the Constitution does it give the individual the right to intrepret the Constitution individually. In fact, as I stated before, it specifically gives that power to the Supreme Court. 3.
