Dear Jack, Sometimes promissory dates are real tough to meet as everyone always wants it yesterday, and there are always many pitfalls when it comes to relying on the winds of fate to bring futuristic proposals to fruition. I think the main issue here is lack of communication. It's really alright if something doesn't come on time. That happens to us all, and just as sure as we convict someone else we turn around, and unintentionally, or otherwise, do the same thing to someone else. As long as the seller keeps tabs with the buyer, and lets him know what gives, every once in awhile, that's the best we can expect at times. It's either that option or request a refund. If that doesn't work than just go up, and slop some Easy Off in their under wear. I'm glad you finally got your maysheen son, and I hope it was worth the wait. I also think that there are those who are excellent at the technical end of their operation but lack savvy when it comes to dealing with the General public, and that is exactly what kills, an otherwise ok business. Take care, and good luck sir, and thank you very much for your input. Richard Tonti
