No job where you are constantly taken to pieces is going to be easy. In my opinion this project is no different. Since this is a democratic project whoever gets voted as Project Coordinator will, in essence, have to be a politician when it comes to gripes and problems from the citizens. So in that way it isn't much different from the real world. In fact is it the same as the real world. I think all candidates for this position should take note of these other "political" duties as well as the core work when asking for the position. <<Our little city project seems to be getting tougher to arrive at a concensus on what we thought we were doing. Sorry, if I misunderstood you, but it is the Electric Theatre that you are aiming for right? I was reading the previous year's SIGGRAPH visual proceedings and it appeared that none of the animations shown at the Electric Theatre were done with 3DS :-(. Is this correct?
