Your story sounds true to what I've heard as well. With one major exception: I heard that the programmers provided a list of features for the 1.0 version, and then a list of features for a future 2.0 version. The Cybernetica guys reportedly showed the list to a local programmer friend who convinced them that all of the features listed would be easy to put in the 1.0 release. So, without consulting the programmers, they listed all of the features in their ads. Looks like the problem may exist with the marketing arm and not the programmers. We are still planning legal action if they ship minus significant features, even if they call the version a beta copy. That feature list has been quoted many times from potential customers that wonder why we don't have them.. Brent
