I think if anyone was going to test a serious 3D system, it would be John Gross
and Grant Boucher. I am sure they had Raptors for many months before they were
actually released and therefore confidence in the viability of the product
existed.
Who IS testing this "revolutionary" product?
Also, why create this product anyway?, I think they missed their window of
opportunity since Lightwave is going to run on DEC, MIPS and INTEL machines.
Why spend the money on some "who knows what" black box when you can pick up a
bunch of 100 Mhz Pentiums or even faster DEC's and just plain crank! with the
confidence that the system is a viable and supported platform?
I think you should just try and stop by their place. More than likely it is a
residence with some guy working out of his den.
