#PAR for PAL
I believe that the PAR system is working successfully in the NTCS environment.
However, what is its performance in the PAL environment, specifically :
a) Quality : are there problems with ghost images/ and "smudging" of moving
objects.
b) Installation : There are no PAR dealers in my part of the world. How easy
is this to install and what are the "tricks"; maybe some special hardware
requirements?
c) Usage : Again, ease of implementation and usage issues- suggestions please.
d) Broadcast quality : will the Digital PAR really provide broadcast quality ?
