Louis I suspect Konstantin foresaw the coming of object-oriented computing, really wanted DeskTop Set to be on the desktop, and so used WINDOWS\DESKTOP.<g> But you're right. It's a very simple thing to change (I moved both to come off the root \OKNA), but I suspect a number of users down the line are going to have problems with this. I suspect a future version of DTS will either have a utility or routine that will move everything around, or else semi-detailed instructions, which sounds a little dangerous. My problem right now is that I have a Chicago-ready machine, but no Chicago. You don't happen to live in Manhattan and be of a generous disposition, or is that an oxymoron?<g> David
