I am attempting to integrate the use of your Desktop Set package into my office environment. We are a financial advisory firm and bill clients by the hour. How can we generate billing reports from the phone logs and the event calendar? We have tried to export to a billing package however, the event information exported does not contain the specific client information we need. How can we link the export information to a client name?
