David, Thansk fo rthe workaround on getting the ww 6 macro to end on normal instead of DTSNormal. There appears to be a problem with it however. If I choose home address and salutation, it works fine, and ends at Normal style. If I choose Business, then it still ends with DTSNormal style. I'll work around it for now and wait for the new macro – btw, when and where will it be posted? Thanks again for a delicious macro – would be nice to query the DTS for mail merge (I know, give 'em an inch and they take a kilometer <g>). Tony
