I don't think so. However, I can pass your observation past the legal
department on Monday. If I hear hear of any news regarding the patch
modeler's future, you know I'll post it here.
<< I've got a project on my desk, here, that I need I-K for
desperately. I spent a good part of 2 days watching Gary and Jack
use it at Siggraph before I agreed to take this thing, so I'm in no
position to back out of my upgrade because you guys broke your word.
