Dear John:
I will add your suggestion about noting which fields are the same in Import to
the manual. FYI – Address Line 1=Street Address, Address Line 2=City,State,
Zip, and Address Line 3=Additional Address – as I think you have discovered,
but I thought I would clarify. There is a similar situation in the Home
address section.
I have not heard of the Strings box coming up empty before. Had you selected a
card? The other procedure you might try is to highlight the information on the
Card and select Edit/Copy… go to a blank line in the Address Book on the page
where you would place this entry, double click to open the Business Info box
and then click the Paste button.
The "Select Page Entry" box only comes up the first time you enter a record.
IF you wish to edit the Page Name or Page Number fields at a later date, simply
highlight the name, use the Backspace key to delete what is in the field and
type what you want to appear. This will not affect the data in the Fields
themselves.
The "Network friendly" version of DTS will be out first quarter 1995.
