Here is the story, I placed a phone order on a Thursday 2 weeks ago. I was told that I missed delivery for that day, I asked for Sat delivery and they said no problem. On Sat, no book arrived!! I called on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and kept getting the story that it shows being picked and should be on the way out. Thursday Morning I called and NRP said they were out of stock and I would not be recieving my book as scheduled. I was kinda ticked off, why did they say it was picked (also when I placed the order they confirmed there were plenty in stock), well anyways – I cancelled my order. I called DIGIMATION and talked with David Avgikos, he had a book to me the next day as promised!!!! I cant say enough about DIGIMATION, they have always taken really good care of me in the past and are always on top of things!!! Thanks Dave and everybody at DIGIMATION!!!! Paul Boyd
