Anyone, I left a message a couple of weeks ago and one of the Sysops answewred it with an answer that I couldn't understand. My problem was and is getting AutoPilot to run on my machine. I down loaded the program and when I click on the icon I get a message that says something like "can not open tool type". The previous answer I recieved asked if I had tried unpacking it with LHA or tried using Commodore Install Program. I had no idea what LHA was or anything about Commodore Install. All the programs I have used so far have come with an Install Icon and the program installs itself. Where do I get Commodore Install and how do I use it. I have since learned learned what LHA is and now I have it on my computer and can use it. The AutoPilot program however is not a LHA file so that has not done me any good. Maybe I don't even have all I need to use this program or may be I down loaded the wrong one. The program that I downloaded was: Program ID# 246 TITLE: AutoPilot V1 74, Automated Navigational Program. Is this the correct program? Do I need something else to make it work? I'm using an AMIGA 3000 with A-TALK 3 communication software. I would really like to find something better to use with Compuserve. I hope that someone can help me. When responding remember that I am not a computer programmer so keep the answers simple and to the point. When suggesting something like LHA, don't assume that I know what LHA is. Explain what it is and why I would need to use it. That would be a great help. Thanks, Dana exit
