JM <<have an A2000 with a Sony CPD-1303 multiscan monitor (15-34kHz). I would
like to operate in Hi-Res interlaced mode without the annoying flicker. What's
my best option ?>>
Get a de-lacer card for use with the monitor.
The monitor sounds like it supports all the screenmode the A200 can produce,
but the A2000's graphic chips are limited when generating the higher rates
(27-31kHz) signals.
A de-lacer card (flicker fixer), like Commodore's A2320 card will convert ALL
the NTSC & PAL screenmodes into VGA modes, which can then be displayed on your
monitor.
