#frustration

Why is this service such a piece of crap!!! I am getting very frustrated by
this system because it is not consistant in its operation or logic. I am
constantly being lead down paths with no way out. I have lost many of my
messages because either the screen freezes or I keep getting the same requester
again and again in a never ending loop.
Why when I'm sending a message does the system sometimes ask for me to EITHER
enter the name or id# of the person I'm writting, and sometime the system ONLY
asks me to enter the ID#. If I don't know the ID# there is no way to exit
because everytime I hit ENTER I get the same requester… "enter ID#". Why
wouldn't your system ask me to enter the SAME information EVERYTIME? I don't
know why it sometimes asks for one thing and sometimes asks for another. I'm
wasting too much time writing messages that never get sent because I lose them
in your system. What's going on here? Chances are that you won't get this
message because I don't know your ID# and I never know if the prompter will ask
for your name this time.
Please help end the frustration.
