Here's a # at ADESK (415) 491-8401 which appeared on an order form they
distributed at the R4 rollout here in New York. I also asked about
surrendering disk 1 – they said, since there's a hardware lock it wasn't
necessary.
In my case, the only time I seek a ADESK retailer is for upgrades – which is
probably why they're not particularly anxious to quickly fill my order. I like
dealing directly with ADESK and hope this remains an option in the future.
