I read a beta review in OS/2 Professional. They gave it a thumbs up (of
course). But they did say that they still had some trouble with installation
in the beta version (ie display rez not correct). Otherwise, they said
installation and device recognition was much improved.
I, too, want to see Warp a little close before I move to it. I am running fine
under OS/2 2.1 now, so I don't want to fix what isn't broke.
Too bad about the tape drive/Wacom problem. 🙁 I know it seems like it is a
problem isolated to OS/2, but I have found that many of these problems happen
in plain old DOS too. The complexity and unfamiliarity of OS/2 to a
newly-switched just makes a problem more intimidating.
