Hilary,
As I suggested over in DeskTop Video Forum (GO DTVForum), purchase a program to
do the conversions. IM/RT, ImageFX, ADPro … all excellent. Personal opinion,
if you can't charge back to your client or are not paid enough for the purchase
(we're talking well under $100 for IM/RT), you don't have much of a client!
