absolutely. as a totally simple example, you can even use the Windows Media
player (several sessions open at a time) to do this. the Scriptor can be
keyboard controlled for playback of animated slides as well.

depends on the windows drivers you have. the default driver SPEAKER.DRV can be
configured with clever INI settings… i use my laptop in this way sometimes,
but use a soundcard whenever possible as PC speaker quality is dreadful.
