#Cserve Lowers Rates???
Has anybody experienced a general slowdown of functions on Cserve since they
"lowered" their rates? I'm using WinCim, always have. That may be the problem,
but simple things like exiting a forum cause my mouse curser to go to the 'ol
hour glass for up to 10 seconds at a time. Meanwhile the connect time clock
keeps rolling along. This didn't happen before. I went to GO Charges and the
hour glass lasted 15 seconds! I've been using a 14.4 modem.
I know this is not a 3DS issue but I spend a lot of time here and would like to
know if it's only my system.
Guess I need to get NAVCIS PRO to combat these new "lower rates" <BG>
What are some other navigators for Cserve?
