I'm glad the hear they're upgrading. Yet, I don't understand why it should take "months" to upgrade the modems. It seems like "weeks" is a more reasonable time frame. How long does it take to unplug a modem and plug a new one in? I know it's not _that_ simple. 🙂 Like you said, server's are part of the bottleneck, and so I'm glad to hear they're working on that too! Thanks, BTW, for the update.
