John – It used to be that any UID starting with 10 was overseas but the new series of numbers that start with 102 can be anywhere. that used to be a clue as to where folks were based but no longer. No way to make folks put in the info into their offerings. Since all price negotiations should be done in email with exchange of address and all that would be the way of finding out. I forget very often how global this medium is. I regularly talk with quilters all over the world and exchange fabrics with others in Australia and Japan. Anne
