Photoshop runs quite well under WindowsNT as do most programs that were
written for Windows. Dual-booting into DOS for 3DS and into NT for Windows
apps may be what you need. Depending on your system and setup you may want to
check for all of your device driver needs. NT has been lagging behind in this
area. Don't forget 3DS MAX will be released this winter for NT only. I have
not heard a compelling reason to move to Windows95.
