Gary, <Im having a problem getting LHA138.RUN to work. I've downloaded the file into RAM,extracted it, loaded just the LHA file into my 'C' directory with directory Opus.> So far so good….:) <I then tried to download any LHA type of file, such as a 3D object for Lightwave. It doesn't work.> Ok…you've downloaded the file, which is called Somethingorother.lha, right? Then what did you do? From DirOPus you can (depending on the version you're using) click and click (click on the LHA file and then click on the destination) or drag and drop and it should unpack the file for you. From a shell you can cd to where you have the LHA file and type: lha x filename.lha and it should unpack. If this doesn't do the trick for you, please ask again, giving more information.
