Malcolm,
Let's work on the AP.LHA. I think that would solve your other problems, and it
is VERY easy to solve. First, look in AmigaUser forum, Library 14, for
LHA138.RUN, and download it. Then, do these:
1. Copy LHA138.RUN to RAM:
2. open a shell and type: LHA138.RUN
3. Copy LHA to your c: directory: COPY LHA C:
4. Copy AP.LHA to ram:
5. type in the shell: lha x ram:ap.lha
6. Get out of the shell and click on the RAM: icon
7. Click on the Installer icon you will see there, and let it install AP for
you.
8. Type your name, ID number, password, and local phone number into the SETUP
screen for AP.
9. Click on CMail and the forum names in the AP main screen. Select some
sections to read in each forum. You'll see what to do as you go along here.
It's pretty obvious.
10. At the bottom of the main screen, click on GET ALL, and then on GO
ONLLINE, and you'll be using AP.
