Alex, <what is 5:00pm EDT (in reference to UTC/GMT)?> There is 5 hours differece between EDT and GMT not taking into consideration any summer time (EDT is Eastern Daylight Time, which will change to Eastern Standard Time [EST] at the end of the month). I don't know who, over there gets summer time (I know the UK does and they change back a couple of weeks prior to the U.S.), so you may have to adjust an hour one way or the other (this is where I get confused).
