CIS is not quite ready to start giving out the personal email names yet. When
the time is right, they will announce it and will tell you how to reach the
right person. I suspect it will be a GO XXXXX instruction, and when you get
there, there will be a brief questionnaire for you to fill out. Should be
soon, but not yet.
